How to Place a Booking

1. Choose Size and Dates
- Select your bike size.
- Select your rental start date, being the first day you want to ride (we deliver the evening before your rental start date).
- Select your rental end date (if you are renting for 1 day, the start and end dates will be the same).
2. Add Your Details
- Add your rider details - rider name, height etc.
- Choose your pedals
- Choose your helmet.
- Choose your accessories.
- Enter your measurements (optional).
- Continue shopping to add another bike, a guided ride, nutrition, extra bottle etc.
- Add to Cart.
3. Collect Your Bike
- Go to your cart - top right corner.
- Select Pickup (we will need to return the bike by 3 pm on your rental end date (3 pm on Sundays in necessary)).
- Check out.
- The final checkout price will be paid in the local currency of the location you are riding.

- In Beijing, we are unable to provide a delivery option due to the unique logistical constraints within the city.
- Pickup is from our Beijing location. Details are provided in the checkout.
