How to Place a Booking

  • 1. Choose Size and Dates

    • Select your bike size.
    • Select your rental start date, being the first day you want to ride (we deliver the evening before your rental start date, or you can pickup from our CBD location in the last hour of trading).
    • Select your rental end date (if you are renting for 1 day, the start and end dates will be the same).

  • 2. Add Your Details

    • Add your rider details - Rider name, height etc.
    • Choose your pedals
    • Choose your helmet.
    • Choose your accessories.
    • Enter your measurements (optional).
    • Continue shopping to add another bike, a guided ride, nutrition, extra bottle etc.
    • Add to Cart.
    • Go to your Cart - top right corner.

  • 3. Hotel Delivery or Pickup

    • Select Delivery (btw Livelo will collect the bike from you at 4:00 pm on your rental end date).
    • Or Pickup (btw, you need to return it before 4:00 pm to our CBD location on your rental end date.
    • Check out.
    • Checkout occurs in the currency of the country you are riding in.

  • What's included
